About Me
My name is Cristina, and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #164922 seeing clients virtually throughout California. As a therapist, I see myself as both a collaborator and a witness seeking to understand your unique perspective, experiences, and the stories that have shaped your life. My intention is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your vulnerability, better understand what you want, and feel supported as you move toward meaningful change. I’ll be beside you as you get clear on the life you want, and your biggest cheerleader as you find the courage to reach for it.
I believe every person has the potential to live a full and meaningful life when supported within a safe and affirming relationship. Because each person is different, I hold no assumptions or expectations about what your life or relationships should look like. Instead, we will cultivate presence with what is and curiosity about where you would like to grow. We will practice gentleness when things don’t go as planned and protect your peace when circumstances are outside of your control. I am unapologetically on your side and deeply committed to supporting your growth.
I love working with adults and teenagers of all intersectional identities and walks of life through individual, couples, and family therapy. I feel especially called to work with people who are:
Queer-identified
Navigating neurodivergence
Seeking a changed relationship with substances
Yearning for more meaning or purpose in life
Holding differing values than their families
Desiring more harmony and less conflict in their relationships
Adjusting to changing life circumstances
Hoping to learn about themselves and build deeper self-awareness
Above all, I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood. My hope is to support you in deepening your relationship with yourself, trusting your own voice, and moving toward a life that feels authentically yours.
