My Offerings

My hope is that working together one-on-one feels like a refuge for you. This is your time to show up exactly as you are. At first, we will take time to get to know one another and build a relationship that feels safe enough for you to explore the parts of your life that may feel harder to talk about. There is no rush. We will move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we may work toward accepting who you are, getting clearer on the changes you would like to make, and noticing where you have room to create more choice and agency in your life. You are welcome to bring the full range of your emotional experience into the room, or to keep things lighthearted when that is what you need. Both tears and laughter are always welcome.

Relationships can be difficult, even when there is a great deal of love between people. Sometimes couples seek therapy when things have reached a breaking point, but therapy does not have to be a last-ditch effort. Many relationships can benefit from slowing down, understanding one another more deeply, and learning new ways to communicate. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and practice practical tools for expressing needs, navigating conflict, and responding to one another with greater understanding. Couples and partners can easily become caught in recurring cycles of hurt, disconnection, or misunderstanding. Therapy can offer a space to step outside of those patterns and create more room for closeness, respect, joy, and authentic connection.

It is not easy to be a teenager. You are trying to figure out who you are, what matters to you, and who you want to become—all while being pulled in many different directions. Your parents, teachers, friends, and the world around you may all seem to have different expectations for you, and it can feel overwhelming to know where your own voice fits in. You may want closeness with others while also finding emotional connection scary or vulnerable. You may feel pressure about the future, caught up in what has already happened, or unsure of what you want for yourself. Together, we can create space to figure out what matters to you, practice being more present in your life, and build the courage and confidence to reach for the future you want while still enjoying the journey.

Families can be one of the greatest sources of love and joy in our lives, while also sometimes being a source of deep hurt, frustration, or misunderstanding. Choosing to come to therapy together can be an important step toward understanding one another differently and creating more positive experiences as a family. My role is to offer a supportive, neutral space where we can slow things down and make room for each person’s experience. Together, we can explore patterns of communication, areas of conflict, and opportunities for greater understanding. There may be places for compromise, clearer boundaries, or simply learning how to hear one another differently. My hope is to help your family find ways of relating that allow each person to feel respected while making more room for connection, understanding, and care.
